Fill out waste tag: biological waste tag
- Follow the disposal instructions listed near the end of the Hazardous Waste Disposal webpage.
- Place each waste tag on each waste item.
- Submit waste request through the Hazardous Waste Inventory System. Inputs in the waste system must match the waste tags or waste may not be picked up.
