The Applied Micro & Nanosystems Facility located in the annex of EME 1215 is a class 100 clean room facility ideally suited for microelectromechanical systems fabrication. All users will require a site orientation followed by training and sign-off on each piece of equipment they intend to use.
To book an orientation to use the facility please put a ticket in through the Technical Support Group Ticket System. You will be asked to review, understand and sign the Operation and Safety Protocols document before entering the AMNF facility.
