All individuals must complete the courses outlined in the previous Administrative training section to be considered for a role as a laboratory teaching assistant (TA).
Depending on the assignment, additional training may be required (Lab Access – Additional Training).
The Technical Support Group will also provide a mandatory orientation session and TA training sessions for the assigned labs. Upon completion of the orientation, the TA will sign off acknowledging their roles and responsibilities. The TA will provide the undergraduate student training presentation to all students in the lab.
